Is there gelatin in your cakes?
No, we do not use any kind of gelatin in our cakes. Our jams are made with plant-based melamine.
How long do your cakes last?
Our cakes can last up to four days in the refrigerator.
Are the gluten-free and nut-free cakes baked in your own bakery?
No, we bake all our cakes in the same bakery. Therefore, there may always be traces of nuts and gluten in our cakes.
Questions for stores
Can I see the menu for the cafes?
As our selection of cheesecakes rotates in the cafés, they are not on our menus. You are welcome to contact our cafés about our selection on the day.
Do you serve brunch in your cafes?
You can only order brunch at our café on Falkoner Allé. If you wish to book a table in advance, please contact info@bertelsfrb.dk or phone 22217811 .
