A beautiful cheesecake made on a cherry base, filled with chocolate mousse with rum, topped with the finest cherries and pieces of dark chocolate.

Ingredients and allergens

Digestive biscuits: Wheat flour (EU), 20% graham flour, vegetable fat (palm), sugar, salt, raising agents (E500, E503). May contain traces of milk. Marie biscuits: Wheat flour 65.5%, sugar, vegetable oil (high oleic sunflower oil) 9%, glucose and fructose syrup, lactose (milk), raising agents (sodium bicarbonate, ammonium bicarbonate), salt, emulsifier (soy lecithin), antioxidant (sodium metabisulphite). May contain traces of sesame. Cheesecake: Cream cheese, cream, eggs, powdered sugar, sugar, skyr, crème fraiche, vanilla, salt, lemon, Marie biscuits, digestive, butter, dark chocolate, cherries, wild berries, rum.
